Ukrainian drone and missile strike on Novorossiysk port

Ukraine conducted a drone and missile strike on Novorossiysk port on Aug. 12, damaging grain, fuel, and oil export terminals and two Black Sea Fleet frigates, according to OSINT analysts. Ukraine's General Staff reported hitting four Russian military vessels: two Project 11356 frigates (Admiral Makarov and Admiral Essen), a Project 21631 small missile ship (Buyan-M), and a Project 22160 patrol ship (Vasily Bykov), with varying degrees of damage. President Zelenskyy said 15 different types of weapons were used simultaneously for the first time.
