Drones Strike Novokuibyshevsk Refinery and Ozon Hub in Samara Region
Ukrainian drone strikes targeted the Samara region on Aug. 22, causing a fire at the Novokuibyshevsk oil refinery, a Rosneft subsidiary with an 8.8-million-ton annual capacity. Reports also indicate a strike on a 75,000-square-meter fulfillment center operated by Ozon.
